Tadkha dhaal 1 cup oil dhaal 1 cup pea dhaalBoil Till soft. Liquidise and set aside.Braise 1 chopped onion in ghee (Clarified butter). Add in 1 teaspoon whole jeeru (cumin). Few curry leaves 1 dry red chilli. Add in 1 teaspoon ginger garlic. 3 Liquidised tomatoes. 1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon chilli powder 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo . Cook till oil comes up. Add in boiled dhaal. Add 1 cup water. Cook till thick. 2 tablespoon Methi (Fenugreek) masala Garnish with greens and fried onions.

Simmer in low till slightly thick . Garnish with greens and fried onions and slit chillies Serve above with yellow or white rice. and crispy potatoes
