Masala Mutton Fry

Ingredients:500g mutton curry pieces2 tablespoon oil1 tablespoon tomato sauce1 tablespoon mustard sauce1 tablespoon trim (or mayo)1 tablespoon brown vinegar1 teaspoon mustard powder1 teaspoon rough salt1 teaspoon chilli powder1 teaspoon dhana powder1 teaspoon Jeeru (Cumin) powder¼ teaspoon turmeric powder2 teaspoon red ginger garlic masala3 potatoes (cut in wedges)
METHOD
Marinate washed and drained mutton and cook until tender, with water as needed. When mutton is cooked, fry potato wedges till golden and add to pot, coating potatoes in masala. Heat together and serve with roti.
