Cake: 1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and grease a normal size casserole. 2. Mix together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla, mix until it comes together. 3. Add flour and baking powder little at a time and add milk as well to form a runny mixture. 4. Spoon into casserole and bake for 30-35 minutes 5. Remove and allow to cool.
Icing.: 1. Add icing sugar and strawberry extract to fresh cream and whip until thick. Spread over cake and decorate with strawberries.

Add 2 tbsp of maizena for a fluffier and more light texture.
