4 large potatoes250ml double thick fresh cream¼ cup garlic butter½ teaspoon salt (or more)½ teaspoon white pepper½ teaspoon freshly crushed black pepper¼ teaspoon dried mixed herbs2 tablespoon cake flour
1. Bake potatoes in microwave.2. Peel and largely cube.3. Place butter in a pot, melt.4. Add potatoes, salt and peppers and dried herbs, mix.5. Add cream and flour, whisk in.6. Bring to boil whilst whisking and thicken sauce. 7. May add grated mozzarella cheese in or over potatoes or even parmesan. 8. Heat in preheated oven again when needed.
