INGREDIENTS
3 peeled potatoes 2 teaspoon whole jeera5/6 dry red chillies 1 sliced onionOil Salt to taste
METHOD
Cut potatoes into thin wedges Add sliced onions, jeera, red chillies and salt Add enough oil for cooking (+-half a cup)
Mix all ingredients together and cook until done on medium heat.
