RECIPE
Dough:1 cup flour1 teaspoon baking powder Β½ cup yoghurt ΒΌ cup milkMake a soft dough. Leave aside 2 rest.
Potato:Boil 2 medium potatoes cubed in salted water. Mash. Add in:1 teaspoon ground green chillies 1 tablespoon yoghurt 1 tablespoon lemon π juice Β½ teaspoon tamarind paste mixed in 2 tablespoon water
Wagaar:1 clove minced garlic Β½ teaspoon Rye (black seed)Few chopped curry leaves π OilAdd to potatoes π₯ with few pinches arad (Turmeric)Mix well. CoolAdd in ΒΌ cup grated cheese π§
Divide Dough into 4 balls.Roll out thick. Put a blob of mash π₯ Seal... roll out thick. Fry on hot tawa. Brush with garlic butter π§ Serve with chutney.
