Boil 3 med potatoes and mash. Add ½ teaspoon baking powder and 1 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter). Flour to make dough. Roll out big roti. Cut rounds. Put mince filling. Close well . Fry until golden brown. Dip in beaten egg and fry again.
Mince: ½ kg mince1 grated onion- squeeze out all water.1 teaspoon @purespice_sa Ginger and garlicsalt and ground green chillies and dhana Jeeru (Cumin) and white pepper and arad (Turmeric). Cook dry out all water. Chop dhania (coriander) add wen cold .
