1 kg chicken mince washed and drained. 2 chopped onions1 cup fried onions ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder½ teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder Salt2 teaspoon dhana jeeroo 1 tablespoon ground green chillies 2 tablespoon coconut 2 tablespoon badam (almond) powder ½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)4 slices bread soaked in waterdhania (coriander)3 teaspoon baking powder 1 egg optional. Shape into kebaabs. I baked then fried.Puris:2 cups flour 3 teaspoon baking powder 3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)Salt1 cup sour milk Make a soft dough.
