Seekh kebaabs 500g steak mince 500g chicken mince Washed and drained
Add in chopped dhania (coriander). 6 cloves garlic crushed. 2 teaspoon cinnamon powder. ½ teaspoon nutmeg powder. 1 teaspoon salt. 2 tablespoon Badaam powder. I used flour. 1 teaspoon green chillies. 1 teaspoon crushed dhana. Shape and steam in oven. Fry in shallow oil.

. Lay in pyrex. Spoon samoosa chutney little over each Patta (Yam leaves (Madumbi Plant))
.Mix 1 tin creamstyle sweetcorn and 1 cup fresh cream. Pour over. Bake 30 minutes. Sprinkle cheese.
Potato bake Boil 6 cubed potatoes in salted water. Drain. Add in 250ml fresh cream and 1 tin creamstyle sweetcorn. Braise 1 onion in ghee (Clarified butter) with 2 teaspoon ground green chilles. Fry few minutes. Add to potatoes. Bake 45 minutes. Optional:Cooked mushrooms and grated cheese when baked.
