INGREDIENTS
500g chicken mince 1 slice brown bread, ¼ cup water1 large onion grated ǟɳɖ drained 1 teaspoon garlic paste1 teaspoon ground green chillies1 teaspoon crushed coriander1 tablespoon crushed cumin ½ teaspoon lemon pepper1 teaspoon salt1 tablespoon lemon juice¼ cup coriander leaves
Mix½ cup water and 2 tablespoon lemon juice for forming seekh kebabs
METHOD
Soak break in water for 5 minutes. Squeeze water from bread and place bread and onion in food processor and process. Add all remaining ingredients and process once more. Make ping pong size balls with mince. Dip your hands in water and lemon mixture and form long kebabs. Place in oven and bake at 180 for 6-8 minutes. When ready to serve brown in grid pan with lemon butter sauce and serve.

Lemon butter sauce
125g butter
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp garlic salt
2 tsp aromat
2 tbs lemon juice
5-6 tbs fresh cream
1 spoon mayonnaise p
Boil all together
Yogurt and salad
1 cup plain yogurt
1 carrot julienned
Cucumber diced
1 onion diced
1 tomato diced
Coloured peppers diced (optional)
Salad can be mixed into yogurt or served separate.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
