INGREDIENTS

1 kg chicken fillet cubed1 x @osmans_taj_mahal butter chicken paste½?packet @osmans_taj_mahal butter chicken seasoning mix2 tablespoon Ginger garlic 1 teaspoon @osmans_taj_mahal Kashmiri spice ½ teaspoon @osmans_taj_mahal extra special chilli powder ½ teaspoon dhana jeeroo Salt to taste Lemon juice to taste2 tablespoon Rajah Tandoori spice 100ml @lancewood double cream yogurt 250ml fresh cream1 tomato liquidized

METHOD

Method
Marinate chicken with @osmans_taj_mahal butter chicken paste, cook halfway through with butter
Then add the rest of the ingredients to the tomatoes and mix nicely, Add to chicken and complete cooking
Garnish with dhana and serve with parathas
