INGREDIENTS
3 to 4 chicken fillet sliced in the middle to make thin fillet slices 1 teaspoon ginger1 teaspoon garlic 1 teaspoon red chili paste 1 tablespoon tikka spice 1 tablespoon gorimas bbq spice 1 teaspoon gorimas orange pepper spice 1 tablespoon yoghurt Salt to taste
Sauce : 4 tablespoon nandos Bushveld sauce 2 tablespoon mayo 1 tablespoon tomato
Slice of cheese Pickled jalapeño Lettuce Tomatoes
Naan :
2 cups flour 2 tablespoon sugar ½ teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon yeast 2 tablespoon olive oil Approx ¾ cup warm water to make a soft dough ( you might use less or more)
METHOD
Marinade chicken and cook until done .
Naan : Add all the dry ingredients Now the oil and water and make a soft dough Allow to rise Roll Fry on tawa with butter or garlic butter
Assemble : Add chicken oh naan Pour sauce Salad stuff Cheese And reheat if necessary in the micro
