INGREDIENTS
1 kg Chicken fillet, washed and cut lengthwise2 tablespoon Peri-Peri Masala marinade1&1 /2 teaspoon Salt½ teaspoon Black pepper½ teaspoon chilli powder1 teaspoon Ginger garlic2 tablespoon Lemon juice 5 tablespoon Plain yoghurt ½ teaspoon Chicken spice 2 tablespoon Creamy Peri-Peri sauce
METHOD
Marinate the chicken in all the ingredients for 1-2 hrs.Perfect for braaing or grilling.
INFO & TIPS
If braaing, baste the fillet with the leftover marinade mixed with Ghee.
