1kg chicken pieces 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger garlic masala 2 tablespoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon lemon pepper 2 teaspoon chilli powder 1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo 1 teaspoon ground green chillies 1 teaspoon Portuguese chicken spice2 tablespoon tomato sauce 2 tablespoon Nandos bushveld sauce¼ cup fresh cream ¼ cup fried onions
Marinate above. Cook in ghee (Clarified butter). Garnish with greens Serve with rotis or savoury rice
