RECIPE

Boil 500g pasta Drain. Set aside.1kg fillets cubed Add in 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger garlic Salt 1 jalapeno chopped1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo arad (Turmeric)1 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon white pepper Sliced red and green peppers 2 cups frozen corn Cool above in ghee (Clarified butter).Add to pasta with:250 ml fresh cream 250 ml sour cream ½ cup milk½ cup mayo¼ cup mochachos hot sauce ¼ cup Nandos bushveld braai (bbq) sauce ¼ cup chilli sauce ¼ cup honchos legends sauceToss above all together Sprinkle lots of cheese 🧀 Bake till Piping hot
