Use Tricolor or any pastaCook 500 g Chicken Mince ( can use Beef or Mutton but add extra ½ teaspoon Dhana Jeera mix ) with 1 chopped onionand 3 tablespoon oilAdd 1 teaspoon crushed whole Jeeru (Cumin) 1 teaspoon crushed black peppercorns1 tablespoon green chilli paste Oregano and little chopped green dhania (coriander)1 teaspoon Dhana Jeera powderSalt to taste Cook till doneKeep asideSeperately make a tomato gravy With little oil 2 grated Tomatoes½ teaspoon chilli powdersalt to tastePinch of sugarlittle crushed garlic 2 tablespoon Tomato pureeKeep asideMake white sauce With 1 & ½ cup milk1 teaspoon butterFah of pepper and salt Add Handful of cheese to the sauceMake it a thin custardNowLayer in a casserolePasta top with half of cooked minceThen top with Half of the Tomato gravyDrizzle little any home made sauce or chutneyTake fork the slightly stir mix the Mince and pasta Then layer againa bit more pasta (keep little aside for topping at the end) Layer The rest of the Tomato gravyDrizzle the home made sauce or chutney again Stir mix again the mince and pasta Now top with the little pasta that you kept aside Pour all the white sauce over Top with lots of cheese And sprinkle little oreganoBake in oven at 180 * for 20-25 minutes Enjoy
