I'm not one to get fancy with the spices. So if I post or heart a recipe, chances are you won't have to go to the grocery store because it's definitely simple, easy and tastes DE-licious!

INGREDIENTS
500g pasta of your choiceButter1l milk 7 tablespoon flourSteers PREGO sauce
SaltMixed herbsdhania (coriander)
METHOD
Boil pasta according to instructions on packet until al dente. Strain and set aside.
Drop butter in pot and melt. Add flour and whisk (optional to add salt and black pepper - I just added salt)
Pour in milk and keep whisking to form a white sauce. It will look runny at first but keep whisking, it will take shape.
Once the white sauce reaches the right consistency, add in the prego sauce and continue whisking. Taste to see how strong you like it (I used half the bottle of sauce).
When sauce is ready, switch off the stove and drop in pasta and mix altogether.
Generously sprinkle mixed herbs and chopped dhania (coriander) on top and mix again. Serve and enjoy!
INFO & TIPS
I've measured the milk and flour exactly using measuring tools to get this consistency.
A 1l milk usually comes with a bit of extra milk, so if you're just dropping the whole thing in, you might have to adjust the flour as well to get the right consistency.
You can use your discretion and play around by adding other things in, but this is a basic recipe that my family enjoys as is!
