INGREDIENTS
4 eggs. 2 cups sugar
2 cups flour. 2 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup milk. ¼ cup oil. 2 teaspoon vanilla essence
Syrup. 1 ½ cups sugar. ½ and ¼ cups water. 2 tablespoon butter. 3 tablespoon cocoa
METHOD
Boil milk and oil in microwave for 2 minutes.then add vanilla. In another bowl beat sugar and eggs till fluffy. Then add 1 cup flour and mix well then add half the milk mixture. Then add the balance of the flour mix well then the bal of the milk. Lastly add the baking powder and mix well. Pour into greased lined baking pan and bake in preheated oven @180' for 25 to 30 minutes. When cold cut into squares. Syrup. Boil all the ingredients together and let cool. Then dip pieces of cakes in syrup and roll in dessicated coconut
