RECIPE
Sift All together2 Cups of Flour3 teaspoon Baking Powder1 tablespoon MazinaKEEP ASIDE
IN ANOTHER BOWL
BEAT
125g Soft Butter1 Cup SugarBeatWellAdd 3 Eggs (ONE) AT A TIME beat as you Add the Other and so onAdd 2 teaspoon Vanilla EssenceBeat till light and fluffyThenGRADUALLYAdd
1 Cup of the Dry IngredientsAdd
¾ Cup SLIGHT LUKE WARM MILK
NOW ADD AGAIN FLOURS
Mix well till you get a nice Cakebatter
Pour onto a greased Rectangular Casserole or tray that's about20 cm to 30cm in sizeBake at 180* for +-20-22 minutes
Remove and Allow to Cool CompletelyCut into Blocks or Rounds
THE SYRUP
COCOA SYRUP
1& ½ Cups water1 teaspoon Butter+-3 tablespoon COCOA POWDER2 teaspoon Vanilla Essence+-2 Cups SugarMake a nice syrup
RASBERRY SYRUP
1 CAN RASBERRY COOLDRINK3-4 tablespoon JAM (I USE APRICOT )1 tablespoon SUGARBOIL TO MAKE SYRUP
Dip each Piece of LamingtonIn the syrup or just Spoon over all sidesRoll in Dessicated Coconut

IF YOU PREFER JUST JAM THEN JUST BEAT UP SOME APRICOT
JAM
SMEAR THE CAKE PIECE ALL ROUND AND SPRINKLE WITH DESSICATED COCONUT
