RECIPE
Ingredients:
250g butter
1 and ½ cup castor sugar
¼ cup oil
Beat together
Then add in:
4 eggs
2 and ½ cups flour
4 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
1 cup Milk
Bake on 180 till cooked
Cut into long fingers when cool
Dip in the following
Blend a tin of caramel treat till smooth Add in ½ cup of hot milk Boil a bit till thick
Dip in the sauce and the roll in coconut Recipe from the group but I dint use the caramel dip I used chocolate sauce:
icing sugar
cocoa powder
butter and milk boil on stop and mix everything make sure its not too runny
