INGREDIENTS
1kg Wors rinsed thoroughly3 large onions sliced roundSpring onions sliced for garnishTablespoon soy sauce
METHOD
Place wors in a non stick pan with a little water..let this steam for a while with the fat coming out of it..add a tablespoon of oil and fry on medium heat..fry till Golden Brown..then break it up and fry some more..then in the same oil add in the chopped onions with some soy sauce...let it fry for about 7 minutes.. I like the onions to be alil crunchy..remove..place on plate and garnish with spring onion..serve with buttered rolls..enjoy😆
