Use cuts of lamb leg Use 1 tablespoon Cajun spice ( Gorimas)1 tablespoon Orange spice (Gorimas)1Tblsp Lemon peper1 tablespoon green ground Chilli paste or Green Masala1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic1 teaspoon Garlic1 teaspoon dhana jeera mix (optional)½ teaspoon tumeric (optional)1 tablespoon chops and steak spiceRosemary mixed herbs mintEtc2 tablespoon oil1 tablespoon lemon juiceUse same method of cooking..cover with foil or lid on stove 1 hour 1 cup waterAnd bake for 2 ½ hours at 180* See my Leg Roast (masala) also for method
