INGREDIENTS
1 kg chicken fillet washed and cut
1 ½ teaspoon red chillie ginger garlic paste
1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin)
small stick cinaman stick
oil
salt
chillie powder or crushed chillies
1 sachet tomato puree
spud :
potatoes boiled whole skinned
salt
sour cream
seasoning of what you desire
corriander to garnish
METHOD
cook chicken in a pot with all the above mention
ingredients excluding the tomatoe puree, once the
chicken is half way cook add tomatoe puree ,
garnish with corriander ,
spud : boil pototoes , sqeeze to get potatoe
open , top with salt and sour cream mixture ,
lastly layer chicken ontop and serve .
