INGREDIENTS
*½ kg chicken fillet cubed*1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic*1 teaspoon crushed chilli*½ teaspoon Salt*½ teaspoon Robertson's Chicken Spice*½ teaspoon Robertson's Barbeque Spice*1 teaspoon Chili Powder*½ teaspoon Turmeric*2Tblspn sixgun spice
3 tablespoons. Tomato Sauce4Tbsps. nandos Peri Peri Sauce4 tablespoon. garlic sauce½ cup mayonnaise
Arabic Dough:*2 cups warm water*4 tablespoon sugar*1 packet yeast (purple packet)*2 cups flour*¼ teaspoon salt*2 tablespoon milk powder (optional)
½ cup oil3 cups flour1 teaspoon baking powder
METHOD
chicken fillingCook (*) ingredients in butter or ghee (Clarified butter) ..When almost ¾ way done add in your saucesSimmer on low for 5 minutes...cool completely
Arabic Dough:Mix the (*) ingredients with a spoon and set aside for 15 minutes to riseThen add the rest of the ingredients Mix and knead well. Set aside and allow to rise.
Roll out a big circle....cut 8 triangles...Place filling and roll towards the center ...turn edges slightly Top each croissant with egg and sesame seeds before bakingBake @180 degrees Celsius until golden
