INGREDIENTS
4 boneless chicken thighs¼ c cornstarch1 teaspoon white pepper powder2 TB oil for frying
Sauce:
3 TB butter3TB minced garlic1TB minced ginger4TB light brown sugar4TB light soy sauceGreen onion (finely chopped)
METHOD
Coat chicken thighs with the pepper powder and dredge with cornstarch.Fry on medium heat until golden brown and crispy,set aside once cooked.
Heat butter,and add the garlic and ginger. Saute until lightly brown. Then add the sugar and soy sauce,mix well and add the green onions. Allow to cook on medium heat for about 3 minutes.
Add in the chicken thighs and coat with the sauce,enjoy!
INFO & TIPS
Serve over white rice and garnish with more spring onions if desired.
