2 kg Chicken piecesGinger garlicSaltChillie powder Turmeric powder1 tablespoon lemon juice Kashmiri masala McCain mixed vegPotatoes Butternut2 onions2 tomatoesRobertsons mixed herbs2 tablespoon Butter
METHOD
Add ginger garlic, salt, chillie powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice and kashmiri masala to Chicken pieces..mix well.Spray an oven tray with spray and cook. Set in Chicken pieces, halved potatoes and sliced butternut.Spread mixed veg over. Place thinly sliced onion and tomato rounds over mixed veg.Add blobs of butter..and sprinkle with mixed herbs.Foil tray and bake at 180 till done.
INFO & TIPS
Water must not be completely dried as Chicken will turn out dry.
