Chicken fillet (thinly sliced lengthwise and tenderized)Cubed butterCubed cheeseSliced green chillies
Marinate with the following:Chicken spicedhania (coriander) chutney(dhai masala)Green masalaGarlicLemon juice.Pepper
All to taste
Then you roll it up, broad side downwards with a small slice of green chilli, piece of butter and cheese. Ensure its closed on the sides (stuff small pieces of fillet to ensure its close it properly)
Dip in flour, eggs and breadcrumbs..(season flour with some spice, Mochachos or chicken spice etc)
Deep fry on low to medium till fillet is cooked and golden brown..(Can be Airfryed as the ones in the picture)
