Saucy Chicken

INGREDIENTS

saucy chicken
1 chicken
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chicken spice
1 teaspoon barbeque spice
1 teaspoon red chillies
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
½ teaspoon lemon pepper
2 tablespoon prego sauce
3 tablespoon Peri Peri sauce
3 tablespoon tomato sauce
3 tablespoon mustard sauce
3 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice

METHOD

1. Mix all above and marinate chicken.
2. Cook in a little ghee (Clarified butter) till done.
3. Serve with chips and salads.
