INGREDIENTS
3 cups chicken fillet (cut into cubes)1 tablespoon butterSalt to taste Crushed red chillies to taste 1 ½ teaspoon Crushed garlic½ teaspoon Crushed ginger1 teaspoon Paprika powder Mochacho’s saucePotatoes (cut and fried)Cheese (grated)Dried parsley or oregano for garnishing
METHOD
1.) Marinate the chicken for about an hour with salt, red chilli, ginger, garlic and paprika.2.) Melt butter in a non-stick pan, add the marinated chicken to this and cook for about 15-20mins.3.) Transfer to a baking dish and top with mochacho’s sauce (I put enough to cover the chicken completely), then top with fried chips and grated cheese.Garnish with dried herbs and bake in a preheated oven until golden brown.
