INGREDIENTS
1kg cubed chicken fillet1 teaspoon tandoori spiceSalt & pepper to taste 2 tablespoons Nandos garlic peri peri sauce1 tablespoon Red masalaCook in ghee (Clarified butter).
Boil Sauce ingredients :1 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)1 tablespoon vinegar1 tablespoon olive oil 1 tablespoon Nandos medium peri peri sauce1 tablespoon Nandos sweet chilli sauce1 tablespoon Nandos wild herb peri peri sauce2 tablespoons Tomato sauce 1 tablespoon soy sauce1 teaspoon crushed garlic 1 teaspoon brown sugar
METHOD
Marinate fillet for few hours in spices and then cook till tender. Place sauce ingredients in a pot with 1 cup water and boil on low heat for 10 to 15 minutes. Add cornflour and boil for a few more minutes. Pour sauce over chicken & mix well & garnish with dhania (coriander) & spring onions. Serve with rice / naan / boiled spaghetti
