METHOD
1.Butter Little mixed herbs and thymesalt &pepperCrushed chilles ginger and garlic in a pot
2. When that starts frying add in chicken, No measurements you must judge and taste
3.Let the chicken cook in that spices
4.Towards the end it must fry in that
5. Then empty in your pyrex
6.In the same pot make your sauce
7.Add butter thyme garlic salt pepper1 tablespoon tomato pureeDont add more puree than that
8.Add your nandos sauce and your cream
9.1 boil pour over chickenThe put into the oven
