3 Chicken Fillets Cut in big cubesMarinated3 tablespoon oil1 onion sliced and fried With ½ teaspoon whole Jeeru (Cumin).. 2 Aniseed.. 2 tuj (cinnamon stick)2 Elachi (cardomom) pods2 Whole slit Green chilli With 1:4 cup yoghurt1 teaspoon Paprika4 tablespoon Tomato puree3 tablespoon any Butter Chicken spice1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic paste2 teaspoon Kashmiri Chilli powder1 /2 teaspoon TumericMix all together. Marinade for 1 or 2 hours Then cook on stove for 10 minutes ONLYAdd SALT to tasteStep 2PrawnsTake 200 g of Prawn shelled and deveined Add 1 teaspoon lemon juice1 teaspoon lemon pepper1 teaspoon Fish masala3 tablespoon Butter1 teaspoon GarlicMarinate all the above for 20 minutesBraise in a Pot +- 4 MINUTES till Butter melts removeKeep aside Step 3Take 2 cups of Vegetable Oriental Stir fry add little Robot peppers to itCook with 1 tablespoon Vegetable spiceAnd butter Add SALT to tasteKeep aside Step 4BOIL +- 1 & ¾ cup Basmati Rice with SALT Drain keep asideThenBraise ½ onion in ghee (Clarified butter) OR Butter with little whole Jeeru (Cumin) and few Curry leaves Step 5NOW LAYER IN A POT OR CASSEROLEAdd little Rice at bottom of Pot OR casseroleAdd all the marinated chickenSprinkle little saffron waterThenPlace 1 cup vegThen all the PrawnThen take the rest of the Veg mix it to the rest + of the rice and the fried Butter or ghee (Clarified butter) Jeeru (Cumin) / onion Sprinkle little chopped green dhania (coriander) Place over The PrawnSprinkle again little saffron waterCover with foilBake at 180* For +- 1 to 1 & ½ hours OR Untill done (like you would do with Biryani) ENJOY with Salads TIPCan add little Boiled Masoor (Back lentils) if you Prefer
