Smokey lime and herb chicken my own made up recipe hope u all enjoy
Fresh lime juice
Melted butter Garlic sauce
Robertson dried herbs
Rosmary
Mint
Origanum
Parsley
Little sage
Crushed with my hands and added.
I didnt hve mixed dried herbs
Green chutney
Paprika
Ground Jeeru (Cumin)
Marinate chickn over night
Barbacue or grill but baste with lemon butter sauceLemon juice Blobs of butter
Paprika Garlic sauce Little dried herbs Lastly I sliced lime and placed on chicken for flavour.
Becz I love the taste of smokey chicken I smoked it while cooking as u see in the pic.
