1 kg Fillet chicken mince1 teaspoon orange pepper spice1 teaspoon chicken spice1 teaspoon bbq spice1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)¼ teaspoon crushed jeeroo ¼ teaspoon crushed dry dhanaSalt to taste Ground green chillies as per tasteOlives as required (optional)
Method Mix all the spices in the mince thoroughly, make into a log shape then double wrap in foil (or u can use the heavy foil) and cook in a pot of boiling water for +-10 minutes.Remove log from pot and leave to cool, once completely cold, u can slice and freeze. Fry up and Enjoy!!!

PS: Because it’s made with minced chicken, the texture of the polony is slightly different.
Also u can add whatever spices u prefer.
