RECIPE
1️⃣ Marinate meat:1kg chicken with/without skin (better with skin) ½ teaspoon black pepper1 teaspoon peri-peri Aromat (a South African Spice)1 teaspoon paprika½ tablespoon crushed garlic and green chillies2️⃣ Cook the chicken on medium heat in about 1-2 cups of water or until tender.3️⃣ Allow the chicken to cool.4️⃣ Prepare bread crumb mixture:In a bowl, add one egg white and keep aside. In a plate, add approx. 1 cup of bread crumbs(use your discretion as I didn't measure this) and 1 tablespoon flourand mix the following spices into it -1 teaspoon paprika1 teaspoon chilli powder1 teaspoon onion salt½ teaspoon white pepper½ teaspoon garlic powder½ teaspoon dried basil½ teaspoon dried oregano5️⃣ Dip the chicken into the egg white mixture and then into the bread crumb mixture. Make sure the bread crumbs are really stuck to the chicken. 6️⃣ Let the chicken sit for a bit to allow it to dry. 7️⃣ Deep fry the chicken pieces for about 10-15 minutes. 8️⃣ Drain the chicken on a paper towel. Serve hot with coleslaw and chips. Bon Appetit! 🍽️
