1 kg chicken Fillet - small cubes ½ bunch fresh coriander ( dhania (coriander)) 1 chopped onion 7 cloves garlic 2 to 3 green chillies ( add more if you eat strong ) 2 tablespoon Robertson chicken spice ½ teaspoon black pepper ½ teaspoon garlic and herb ½ teaspoon jeera powder Salt to taste 1 tablespoon bread crumbs
add everything in a food processor except the bread crumbs and blitz until the chicken has become mince , make sure the onions garlic and chillie as also blitz completely .add the bread crumbs and using your hand mix together .
Add oil to your hand . Make balls out of the mince . #AT THIS STAGE YOU CAN FREEZE
TO FRY : add a good amount of oil in a non stick pan add the kebabs cook on medium heat for 5 minutes . Squeeze half a fresh lemon into the pan add cook on low until done
