1 kg cut up chicken pieces1 teaspoon ginger & garlic2-3 tablespoon tomato puree2 ½ teaspoon red chutney1 ½ teaspoon kashmiri chilli powder¼ teaspoon tumeric1 heaped teaspoon dhana jeera mix(Optional)1 teaspoon salt½ teaspoon black peper (optional)1 tablespoon or more VinegarOilLittle whole Jeeru (Cumin)Few blobs of butter when baking Mix all to togetherPlace in oven 180* bake for +-1 hourServe with chips salads rolls etcand.B steamed cut up chuncks of carrot ,potatoes and peas can be added to marinade before baking..
