MUBINA 'S RECIPES

INGREDIENTS

1⁄2 kg chicken fillets
2-3 tablespoon dhana powder
1⁄2 teaspoon haldi
1 teaspoon Garam masala
2 teaspoon ginger
2 teaspoon garlic
Salt to taste
1⁄2 packet Shan tandoori chicken masala
1 juice of lemon / 1 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon Chana Flour

METHOD

Take chicken add all ingredients mix well. Keep in fridge for 1-2 hours.
Shallow fry on medium to slow flame. Until brown or cook chicken completely done. Sprinkle some chopped mint,chat masala and lemon juice. Serve hot. ❤Enjoy ❤

u can bake it or sreaming then stir fry with little olive oil.
