800grm prawns cleaned and deveined3 tablespoon butter2 garlic cloves gratedLemon pepper for marinating prawnsHalf cup cream1 teaspoon paprika ½ teaspoon tumeric ½ coriander powder
Marinate prawns with lemon pepper for an hour.Mix butter with grated garlic and melt then pour over prawns and put in the oven for 10 minutes at 200 degHeat butter and cream with all spices then add to prawns and allow to cook for another 5 in the oven. Once done serve immediately with spicy rice and chips.Garnish with mix herbs or dhania (coriander)
