INGREDIENTS
1 kg butterflied prawns½ cup cake flour2 tablespoons red chillie garlic paste 2 tablespoons tomatoe sauce2 tanlespoons soya sauce2 tablespoons sweetchillie sauce3 tablespoons peri peri sauce2 tablespoons chillie sauceChopped spring onions SaltGrinded black pepper
METHOD
Season the flour with salt and black pepper.Coat the prawns in the flour and fry in olive oil until half way cooked remove and set aside.In a wok add olive oil fry spring onions a little.Add in the red chillie garlic masala and braise a little add in all the sauces and cook for 5 minutes.Add in the prawns and toss to coat with the sauces.Sprinkle with more chopped spring onions and toasted sesame seedsCook another 5 minutes Serve with a salad
