Garlic Butter Prawns

Ingredients:500g prawns butterflied 100g Butter (softened)1 tablespoon garlic pasteOld fashioned fish spiceCalisto's seafood spiceDried mixed herbs
Method:1. Defrost prawns.2. Add garlic paste to butter and mix in.3. Smear all the butter onto prawns.4. Sprinkle a little fish spice onto prawns, a little dry mixed herbs & a little Calisto's seafood spice.5. Place prawns in preheated oven at 200degC for 7min.
