Dry ingredients 1 ½ cup sugar 1 ¾ cup flour ¾ cup cocoa 2 teaspoon bicarbonate soda1 teaspoon baking powder
Wet ingredients 2 eggs½ cup oil 1 cup Lancewood double thick yoghurt/buttermilk 1 cup strong coffee 2 teaspoon vanilla essence
Beat wet ingredients, add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix. Add to greased bundt pan and bake at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.♥️
Ganache +/- 240g nutellla 25g Cadbury dairy milk Small tin nestle cream
Melt chocolate on a double boiler. Remove chocolate add nestle cream mix well and refrigerate for 2-4 hours
Decorate as desired.
