INGREDIENTS
4 Eggs
1 1⁄4 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Oil
1 1⁄2 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
1 1⁄2 Cup Flour
1⁄2 Cup Cocoa
4 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 1⁄4 Cup Milk
Ganache:
1 Slab Cadbury Chocolate
250ml Fresh Cream
METHOD
Beat eggs and sugar till creamy and white.Add oil and vanilla and beat well.Sift the dry ingredients and add to mixture.Beat again.Lastly add Milk and beat again for 2-3 minutes,until bubbles form.Pour into greased baking pan /cupcake pan and bake @ 180 ° for 25 - 30 minutues or until done.Leave to cool and decorate as desired.
Heat cream in a double boiler and add pieces of chocolate,stir until completely dissolved.Pour over cake.
