INGREDIENTS
125g butter1 and ⅓ cup semi sweet or dark chocolate chopped 1 cup of semi sweet or dark chocolate chopped or hazelnut chocolate 250ml castor sugar ½ cup chopped pecan nuts 1 teaspoon vanilla 170ml or ½ cup and 3 tablespoon flour2 tablespoon cocoa powder 2 eggs1 tablespoon coffee(or half if your coffee is stong)
METHOD
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.Grease and line a 20*20 cm pan.Melt the butter and 1 and ⅓ cup chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave.Mix well with a whisk.Next add in sugar,nuts,vanilla,cocoa and coffee.When cool enough add in the eggs.Mix til smooth and glossy.Next add in the 1 cup of chocolate chips or chopped chocolate and mix.Pour into the prepared baking pan.Bake for 30 minutes or til done(if u'd like them more gooey or less cake like,add an extra tblspoon or two of flour or bake for less time(I baked it for 26 minutes).Leave to cool and then cut in squares.I served it with vanilla ice cream and sifted Cocoa over and chocolate sauce
