2 cups flour 2 cups sugar 3⁄4 cup cocoa 2 teaspoon bicarb 1 teaspoon baking powder 2 eggs 1 cup strong brewed coffee 1 cup buttermilk 1⁄2 cup oil 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
topping: melted chocolate fresh cream
mix all ingredients together until a smooth batter forms. place in a greased pan. bake on 180 C. allow to cool. mix together chocolate and fresh cream. put over cake. decorate with chocolate shavings or as desired.
