Sinful Chocolate Cake

INGREDIENTS

2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
¾ cup cocoa
2 teaspoon bicarb
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 eggs
1 cup strong brewed coffee
1 cup buttermilk
½ cup oil
1 tablespoon vanilla essence

topping:
melted chocolate
fresh cream

METHOD

mix all ingredients together until a smooth batter forms. place in a greased pan. bake on 180 C. allow to cool.
mix together chocolate and fresh cream. put over cake. decorate with chocolate shavings or as desired.
