INGREDIENTS

1 ½ cup flour¾ cup sugar2 teaspoon baking powder½ cup butter½ cup milk2 eggs¼ teaspoon vanilla essence

METHOD

1. Beat all the ingredients for exactly 3 minutes.2. Pour into a greased pan and bake in a moderate oven for 30 minutes or until done.3. Cool dust with icing sugar.
