RECIPE

125g softened butter¾ cup sugar2 eggs1 teaspoon vanilla essence1½ cups flour2 teaspoon baking powder½ cup milk
Mix all ingredients together and beat on high for a few minutes.Bake at 180°C (or 160°C thermofan) until golden and cooked through.Pipe with Ermine Frosting for that smooth, creamy finish 🧈
