INGREDIENTS
4 eggs 1 cup castor sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 1.5 cups of flour 3 teaspoon baking powder half cup of oil half cup of boiled and cooled water
METHOD
Beat eggs, vanilla and sugar till light and fluffy.Add sifted dry ingredients, oil and water.Mix well. Half fill cup cake cases and bake in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes on 180 degrees.
icing Cream together 125g margerine with 1.5 cups of icing sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla essence. Spread icing over cuppies and decorate.
