Vanilla Cake

INGREDIENTS

200 ml milk125 ml oil3 eggs250 ml sugar375 ml cake flour10 ml baking powder Pinch of salt 5 ml vanilla essence

METHOD

1. Preheat oven to 180°C. 2. Prepare your cake tins with non-stick spray and wax paper.3. Boil the milk and oil together and keep aside.4. Beat the eggs and sugar until light and creamy.5. Sift the dry ingredients and mix into the egg mixture.6. Add the vanilla essence to the milk mixture and mix with the rest if the ingredients.7. Divide the batter equally between the tins and bake for 25 - 30 minutes.8. Cool completely on a cooling rack. 9. Decorate as desired. 10. ENJOY!🎂🎂
