RECIPE

1 cup oil1 cup sugar2 cups grated carrots¾ cup pecan nuts chopped3 teaspoon baking powder1 and ½ cup flour2 teaspoon cinnamonPinch salt½ teaspoon bicarb¼ cup water3 eggsBeat eggs and sugar very well.add oil and beat till light and fluffy.add sifted ingredients and beat well.add carrots and nuts.add water and beat.bake at 180 till light brown you can top with cream cheese icing
